Hi Greg.  Ok, I understand.  As far as I understand, export of open
source crypto from the US is permitted as long as you send a
notification to the USG with the location (URL) of your package.
Several other companies and organizations (RedHat, Debian, Mozilla, MIT)
export crypto from the US legally by following that process.  I'm sure
there is information available somewhere on how to do this.

I understand the need to be conservative in this area, but I hope you
will re-evaluate the situation in a more positive manner in the future.
