Yes, it may sound funny but chits or no chits..when you borrow something..you take it back. You don't retain it for good. To permanently deny anyone of the possession of his property is known in common parlance as theft and the person who so denies such an owner of the use of his property is given the unflattering title of a "Thief"!

What about the tape you promised? Do i also need a chit from the RC chairman before i can see it?
