Samba >= 3.0.23 requires libcap as well, so the change isn't quite so simple. I sent a patch on Aug 8 that fixed that with 3.0.23a. Updating that to 3.0.23b should be the same. If anyone with commit access would like me to resend the patch, I'd be happy to.
