The linuxboot have not changed much since that. I used parted=parted-1.6.25.1 samba=samba-3.0.25c to get it to compile. The CVS download and compile was done on a fresh installed Debian Etch. I dont know if lib/libarch_linux_mapping.a may have something to do with samba? What distribution do you use?
