My first impression was "If you think it should change, then make it possible ( do it or provide funds )" and was about to write "patches are welcome" Second thougt was "What is the opion of others here" so I wrote "When a patch is supplied, will it be accepted?" with the typ-error. I'm still curious about the opions about the perl install leftover, but maybe I just read the fantasic manual as I still didn't. "Removing perl and other tools after install" seems a FAQ issue to me.
