new release of the boot-cd is available:

Main Changes:
* correct missed sysVinit # reboot, shutdown
* add e1000e (supported by kernel 2.6.23-gentoo-r2)
The boot-cd is now with a graphical menu, its also possible to edit the
entries (see http://syslinux.zytor.com/wiki/index.php/PXELINUX).
