The following directory structure works for me:
\i386\
\$oem$\
\$1\
\OEM\
(containing the 7zipped driver packs)
\$$\
\system32\
presetup.cmd
setupORG.exe
This is for method2. There will be a complaint about not being able to
find presetup.cmd and setuporg.exe but those can be ignored.
