Hi!

Could somebody please enlighten me?

When I am booting over PXE, I hold down the shift-key, type "unattended
acpi=off apic=off pci=nomsi".

Then it boots bzImage, appends initrd, fills my screen several times and
finaly drops to bash, because it cant initialize my network card.

So far so bad. To fix this, I'd like to know where am I at this point.
Is it SYSLINUX, is it unattended, is it a by unattended modified version
of syslinux? uname just says it's "Linux....."

Background is, I want to setup XP on a bunch of machines with Intel
DG33BU Motherboard with Intel 82566DC-2 (E1000) Gigabit NICs onboard.
Allthough lspci shows the NIC, it is not recognized by the kernel. But
which kernel is it?

I got the (DOS)BOOTDISK working after updating the e1000.dos and
rebuilding the images, but I'd prefer linuxboot with PXE.

Thanks

Sascha
