You can ignore this one > Error: Unable to satisfy all contraints of the partition. >> This one is bad.. I believe revision 1.148 to install.pl will fix this: http://unattended.cvs.sourceforge.net/unattended/unattended/install/dosbin/install.pl http://unattended.cvs.sourceforge.net/unattended/unattended/install/dosbin/install.pl?r1=1.147&r2=1.148 check that you have this. > > And the disk is'nt partitionned > > The problem seems to be known. The version of parted is too hold. > Could some one tell me > - Which version of parted is to be used ? The old one still can do the work but fdisk <-> parted translation may still be a bit buggy :-/ > - How to install it ? I did briefly look at a newer version (parted-1.8.8) and got it working. I had to start from a clean CVS download, just changing the parted version in the Makefile did not work on a already compiled tree for some reason. The "Program parted is using a deprecated SCSI ioctl, please convert to SG_IO" messages disappeared. but, be prepeared to hack a bit on install.pl, the output from parted has changed a bit. I hope this is somewhat helpful :-) Nils Olav ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
