Dead end!?

I have a working version of unattended 4.8 deployment environment on a
Linux server. Use to be for installing hungarian version of XP pro SP2. In
most situations I have use it through PXE boot mechanism.
I'm trying to integrate BTV driver packs, with no succes. I've can not
realize that uncompress batch process is executing. I've decided to use
nLite. I've integrated SP3 and some drivers packs (mass storage, NIC'z and
sound card drivers). Copy I386 folder of nLited image, to apropriate
folder and try out. It is working, I could install on a SATA drive,
install apropriate driver for NIC and sound system. But, I have loose my
national settings at all, "magyar" does not appaer in the list of contorl
panel's National settings, that couse that I can not set it even manually!
Perl also complain about missing of "LC_ALL" and "LANG" settings.
I've try out the nLited image (burn it on DVD) - and national settings are
correct.
What's going on? Any ideas would be highly apreciated.
