In winxpsp3-up0809.bat the KB938464 has a new filename with "v2"
although the urls appear to have stayed the same. The new filename is:
WindowsXP-KB938464-v2-x86-%LANG%.exe
For example the ENU url is
http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/8/1/78141DC7-3B1D-42F3-9AA2-4DC
A79AD739B/WindowsXP-KB938464-v2-x86-ENU.exe

winxpsp3-up0812.bat downloads the last two updates in to the correct
"updates/winxpsp3/" path, however it executes the updates using the
"winxpsp3\updates\" path which doesn't exist.
winxpsp3-up0811.bat performs the same thing with the last update.
