In XP, Terminal Services is called "Remote Desktop". You might be able to enable it with the [Components]/TSEnable key (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=230597). You can also enable or disable it with the rdconfig.pl script, which is part of the Unattended distribution in Z:\bin.
