Intel PRO/1000: be sure you use the LATEST PRO/1000 drivers. There have been important changes in the newest couple of generations of GbE adapters. The NTLDR Missing issue relates to the fact that the Lenovo SATA drive uses a larger MBR than prior generations of PC in order to accommodate its WinPE-based "diagnostic partition." If you only write a standard-size MBR, your computer will not jump to the right disk location when it tries to boot off the C: drive. NOTE: I don't have a step-by-step solution to offer you for this problem, but understanding the root cause may help.
