  I've just  received an answer from someone familiar with Korean liasons
to the IRG.  As I suspected, all of PKS C 5700-[1-3] have nothing to do
with any of Korean standard. They're just made up to make the list of
Hanjas to prsent to the IRG have a pseudo-official look.
