By Unicode fonts, what exactly do you mean? Most TrueType fonts use a Unicode encoding, and there are a decent number of fonts that contain a meaningful subset of Unicode - a number of fonts that approach MES-1 or MES-2, many fonts that cover legacy Asian character sets. There's no font that covers all of Unicode.
