I have updated the web page.

It now features one example in Braille to show the power of Unicode to
enhance accessibility and it also is a statement about its
comprehensiveness. (if that's a word.) James Kass code2000 font has the
Braille characters.

There is now also a link to a comma separated utf-8 data file, which
contains just the first 4 column's  data. (No submitters or notes). This
makes it easy to load the data into a program or a database for
demonstration purposes.
