Hi Shi Zhao, The character 土+从 is not yet in Unicode, but it is scheduled for inclusion in CJK Extension F. You can see the character here (http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2014/14271-n4637.pdf on p. 148), but you should not rely on the code point which will surely change.
