As you probably read on both the CSUR and UCSUR sites, neither is sponsored or endorsed by Unicode. They are side projects embarked upon by individuals, some of whom also happen to be involved in the Consortium. Please keep this in mind. I was never able to find some of these scripts, such as Pikto, even in the '90s when CSUR activity was at its peak.
