It's ironic that the list members are being told about the problems with leashed and unleashed dogs; wouldn't it be more productive to go to the park and tell the persons IN THE PARK, or maybe FoCP should post some signs (they can be printed in about . . . 10 nanoseconds) around mentioning how important it is to leash your dogs? And instead of complaining on this list, have some courage and tell the people you see that the dog SHOULD be on the leash for various reasons.
It's the classic "complain and complain but do nothing about it issue" Methinks you are all just preaching to the choir. I mean, this isn't an entirely ORIGINAl thread/discussion, is it?
