Hello all,
Philly Flavors would like to open an ice cream parlor on the property
that was most recently the Phila. Fed. Credit Union temporary office
(4610 Cedar Ave.). There will be a community zoning meeting tonight
where Philly Flavors will outline their business and building
renovations plans. Please come out and be informed.
