That's my sense also. My end of UC (43rd & Osage) is a ghost town. A
neighbor reports seeing similar activity recently, but with four guys!
I saw one UCD guy on a bike on 43rd tonight.
If you're going away let your neighbors know and set some of your
lights on timers. If you're around keep an eye out.

on some porches on the 45 block of Osage and look around. he went up
on one porch and looked in a bag by the door then he actually went in
to a couple of doors of different places where i guess the first door
stays unlocked for mail. i called the cops and followed him for a
while. i don't think any cops ever came. i lost him when he stopped up
larchwood and looked at me and turned back and walked by me while i
was talking to someone. i waited a minute to pick up and when he got
to 46th and baltimore i lost him. i didn't see any of the ucd patrols
today or really in all the walking around i did i don't think i ever
saw one cop car. i guess when the students leave safety is not as
important? i don't know.
