Subject: [UCNeighbors] Skinny brown Dog 40-50 lbs running loose @
10:30 pm E on Woodland between 48th and 47th.
The dog which was light brown with slightly darker back was running
as if left off from a car. Saw me and my dogs but crossed the street
behind us and headed toward 47th. Looked like a female but
couldn't be sure. May be headed for the Park or towards the nearest
food place. Couldn't tell breed - tallish hound mix- short hair
