After a week or 2 of using the SheevaPlug as my only SbS, I have to say it is the perfect solution.
http://www.globalscaletechnologies.com/t-sheevaplugdetails.aspx It requires a minor amount of Linux knowledge to set up properly, but is mostly trivial. For $99 for the plug plus maybe another $100 for a big USB drive, you have a great Squeezebox Server.
