Updating to Struts 7 and I am receiving context path errors like:
13:46:46,495 WARN [org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.Dispatcher] (default task-1)
Could not find action or result: /SOTAS/sotas/storeUserName.action: There is no
Action mapped for namespace [/sotas] and action name [storeUserName] associated
with context path [/SOTAS]. - [unknown location]
I added these to struts.xml but I still get a system error.:

<constant name="struts.actionConfig.fallbackToEmptyNamespace"
value="true"></constant>
