Yest it does, but if I set the view to non-opengl, everything is fine, but no opengl

Iirc, this used to happen if you tried to render a view window that
was in OpenGL mode.

Try opening a new view window, set the view and render properties
you want, and try rendering to that, to see if the same thing
happens.
