I have a need to create another datacenter and upgrade my existing Cassandra from 2.1.13 to Cassandra 3.0.9.
Can I do this as one step? Create a new Cassandra ring that is version 3.0.9 and replicate the data from an existing ring that is Cassandra 2.1.13? After replicating to the new ring if possible them I would upgrade the old ring to Cassandra 3.0.9
