Hello Jeff, nice to hear your interest in Apache Syncope, I hope you're working with 3.0.X version.
If I understand correctly you want to *pull *[1] users from SCIM resource. In order to do that, you have to configure in *Topology* section [2] your SCIM *Connector* [3] and *Resource* [4] as well. Once all is configured well and in your *mapping *[5] you'll have all the external attributes mapped with your internal one you should be able to pull from your SCIM resource and so import users in Syncope.
