Thanks Francesco, I could successfully start Syncope. However, on MariaDB, I had to run ALTER TABLE AnyObject DROP INDEX U_NYOBJCT_NAME; instead of ALTER TABLE AnyObject DROP INDEX AnyObject_name; as stated in the doc.
