tuscany-binding-ws-xml.jar You've got this on your list but the processor is loaded because there is an entry for it in the META-INF/services directory in that jar. Hence that jar needs to be on the classpath that is provided to the Tuscany runtime. Are all the Tuscany 1.5 jars packaged inside the WAR that you're deploying? Simon
