Legitimate puprose. Good to know that big companies 
started to interest for OSS.

It just occured to me, that Philips facilities are not
constrained to Philips-Medical in Eindhoven
( Where Ruud was responsible for development of DICOM
viewers, and I was responsible to make my data
conform to standart, and aceptable for Philips viewers
)  - So it's unlikely that you know him.
