Just realized it. You are right. I am trying to migrate some legacy code and standard java tags are used wrong in some of the files.

Start using xdoclet2 with hibernate3. So much better than xdoclet1.2.3.

One thing notice, the excludedtags attribute is gone. Got whole bunch of
unknow tag warning:

Unknown tag: @author: in file ...
Unknown tag: @since: in file ...

Is there a way to get rid of it?
