I tried with the new bindex jar and it is generating repository.xml in
proper format for the previous scenario.

But again I am ending up with one more problem with OBR, When i write the
following entry in Bundle1's manifest file

now if I specify the version ranges like

Require-Bundle: Bundle2;bundle-version="[1.0,2.0] "

then repository.xml will look like

<require extend='false'
filter='(&(symbolicname=Bundle2)(version>=[1.0.0,2.0.0]))'
multiple='false' name='bundle' optional='false'>
      Require Bundle Bundle2; [1.0.0,2.0.0]

But when i try to deploy Bundle1 using felix obr implementation
           obr deploy Bundle1
then I am getting the following exception.

ERROR: FilterImpl: (&(symbolicname=Bundle2)(version>=[1.0.0,2.0.0]))

So is version range functionality (for Require-Bundle) supported by felix
OBR ?
