apache-camel-2.4.0-features-spring3.xml uses Spring 2.5.6.SEC01 not Spring 3

The file: apache-camel-2.4.0-features-spring3.xml uses spring 2.5.6.SEC01 
instead of Spring 3.  This is probably not right, as 
apache-camel-2.3.0-features-spring3.xml refers to Spring 3.0.2.RELEASE.  
Possibly a bug?
