Hello me,

 I fixed this by changing the Felix filter url to "/ui/.*". I forgot that it
uses a different syntax from all the other servlet containers. Anyway, I
guess my CSS was not being loaded as the ExtHttpService was picking up
requests on "/ui/" but not on "/ui/resources/" due to this pattern
mismatch.. or something.
