Since most subprojects use Maven, you generally just go into the
subproject directory and type "mvn clean install"...
You can grab the latest main.distribution snapshot here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots-group/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.main.distribution/3.1.0-SNAPSHOT/
Just grab the newest tar.gz or zip file and extract it.
Also, when will Felix framework 3.2.0 be released? That would be easier for
us.

really worked well. You should just build the specific subprojects you need,
which would be framework and main (and possible main.distribution).
Of course, you could just grab the latest main.distribution snapshot from
our Maven snapshot repo...I just deployed a new snapshot...it includes more
than just the patch for this issue, though, but it is likely to be pretty
close for what gets released fairly soon as Felix framework 3.2.0.
