Is the OBR documentation out of date?

Following the instructions at
http://felix.apache.org/site/apache-felix-osgi-bundle-repository.html I'm
doing the following:

g! obr help

As you can see, the "obr help" command does not work. Neither does the "obr
list-url". This is my first time experimenting with the OBR. Am I missing
something?

If I just type help I do see an option: "obr:list" which does list bundles
in the OBR, but that doesn't seem to match the documentation on the
referenced site.
