What does happen on your computer when you do this?:

C:\>assoc .ott
.ott=opendocument.WriterTemplate.1

C:\>ftype opendocument.WriterTemplate.1
opendocument.WriterTemplate.1="C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreOffice
