András, So looks like from the LibreOffice menus in Deutsch... "Extras - Optionen - Spracheinstellungen - Sprachen", változás a két "Benutzeroberfläche" & "Gebietsschema" a "Ungarisch" mert Magyar nyelv.
And then restart LibreOffice. Beyond that, not sure I can help as I don't have access to German language MS Windows. Before I wrote my mail I have tested the problem: I have downloaded the Hungarian installation set on a computer, on which the Hungarian Windows is installed. When I start the installation on this computer the language is Hungarian. When I install the same file on my other computer on which the OS is German, the installed LibreOffice language is German.
