I'm not sure exactly what your problem is here: you ask about
numbering equations, but your main problem appears to be the vertical
spacing of separate lines of a multi-line equation. I don't know
what you mean by "like Latex style" in this context: do you want one
equation number per multi-line equation or one per line?
There are various ways you can solve this, I think:
o Within the definition of your equation (in Math), use "newline" to
move to a new line. You should see normal line spacing.
o Within the single table row for a numbered equation, you can create
new lines. If you use a line break (Shift+Enter) you should see
normal line spacing. If you use a paragraph break (Enter), you will
indeed see extra spacing, but this is the default "below paragraph"
spacing of the Table Contents paragraph style. You can reduce this -
perhaps to zero - at right-click | Edit Paragraph Style... | Indents
& Spacing | Spacing | Below paragraph.
Your (single) equation numbers should be centred within the
multi-line range. If you want numbers for each line, you can space
these similarly using line breaks or paragraph breaks; in this case
you will have to insert the appropriate fields, most easily by
copying and pasting existing ones.

PS: Your system clock is wrong by fourteen hours. You will want to
correct this. My guess is that you are actually in time zone +0700
(perhaps in Indonesia?), whereas your system claims you are in -0700
(e.g. US west coast). Either that, or your message was time-travelling!
