Unfortunately, the check box at Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer
-> View: panel; check-box for "Vertical ruler" and combo box for units
seems to have no effect.
I have no vertical rulers whether or not the check box is checked. I
suspect this is a regression bug.
