Hello,

Is there a way to identify the data you want? If so, you could use a
set of =SUMIF() or =SUMIFS() to add up the data that matches one or a
group of criteria. Otherwise, you may need to provide an example
(obviously scrubbed since it seems to be some financial data) because I
cannot quite picture what you are attempting to do.

I decided to change the sheet to remove the gap rows. I use them for an annual total but that doesn't work well in this application. I am trying to equate natural gas usage at one house, which is billed monthly, with propane usage at another house that is filled once or twice a year, usually in February. I proportion the propane at the second house based on the monthly NG usage at the other.
