I recently upgraded from LO 5.2x to 5.3x and notice that it no longer remembers the last used template. It appears the behavior is now to default to the type of document currently open, e.g.:
If I have a spreadsheet open, New->template only shows spreadsheet templates. If a text file is open, New->template shows text document templates. I prefer the old behavior because 99% of my template use is with text documents but I often have a spreadsheet open at the same time. This means I have to do extra clicks I didn't have to do before to get the list of text templates. Was this an intentional change and, if so, is there any way to get the old behavior back so it just remembers the last template I used and New->template defaults to that? Or is there an option to show all templates for all document types? That would work, too. -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Remembering-last-used-template-tp4213606.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
