Yes, that's right. I actually want the roman number 'iii' to appear in the automatic TOC as it does on the page being referenced. Now the strange thing is that if I insert a bookmark on that page and put the bookmark reference in a manual TOC, it gets the roman number bit right. So why can't the automatic TOC?
