Does Kannel work in MMS retrieval?

Hi All,   I’m rather new to Kannel. Does Kannel work in MMS retrieval, i.e. fully WAP 1.2.1 compliant? After reading through the documentation on the website, I still cannot find the answer.  Please help.   Regards,   Jiwei
