i can send OTA message to the Nokia 6610 now,and 6610 can recognize it correctly,but 
when open it
it is empty,why?
it is showed that the OTA message is much longer than 161,but Kannel shows the length 
of the SMS is about 100 
long,maybe Kannel is wrong, i guess
