Hi List, + After little pains here and there, I have been able to install and configure Kannel 1.2.1 on Linux 7.2.
+ The bearerbox and smsbox are also starting with fake/test smsc. + I have set the ericsson as my gsm modem and added the follwing lines in sms-bearer.conf file -- group = modems id = ericsson_t68 name = "Ericsson T68i" detect-string = "T68" init-string = "AT+CNMI=3,3" keepalive-cmd = "AT+CBC;+CSQ" broken = true speed = 9600 ---- My Problem + When i run ./bearerbox -v 0 sms-bearer.conf , it dies with PANIC: gwlib/list.c:287: list_lock: Assertion `list != NULL' failed. I have also tried patching bb_store.c with ^^if(filename == null )^^ lines as found on google , but still .... :-( If interested, The full output of the program is attached.
