but there has to be. otherwise where does ./contrib/sendsms program is
passing call to?
Where is the listener to http://localhost:13013/cgi-bin/sendsms?XYZ  which
is parsing the values passed on to it, then communicating with configured
SMSC to create session, transfer data & headers, close session

if you call it a tag service, where is it? i hope the list is getting my
point.
