It seems T68i doesnot support delivery report notification to Terminal Equipment (TE).
Using terminal program, 'AT+CNMI=?' on T68i gives following result AT+CNMI: (3), (0,1,3), (0,2), (0), (0) The fourth digit is to instruct delivery report submission from modem to Terminal Equipment and above respond from T68i says the feature isnot supported.
