Good evening,
Thank you very much for the procedure on how to write double upper
quotes in Libreoffice. It's new for me. Regards, Jarek

Hello, I like the Libreoffice program, but I have one problem in the
writer and I can't move it. The thing is that when I try to type
double upper quotes using alt+0147 keys, I get a accessibility check.
Could you please tell me how to turn off the check? Regards

That is current LibreOffice BZ issue tdf$158112
(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=158112)
Meanwhile, rather than the 255 MS ANSI ALT Codes you can simply enter
the Unicode value and toggle, that is type U+201C and use <Alt>+x. Or
<Alt>+c for some locales.
Any Unicode BMP or SMP is available (with font fallback by os/DE as
needed). The LibreOffice Special Character Dialog has a character map
that will help you to identify the Unicode.
