Şerife - I don't know about Mendeley, but Zotero works well with LO Writer. Just follow the instructions at https://www.zotero.org/support/installation. As explained at https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_integration, 'the word processor plugins are bundled with Zotero and should be installed automatically for each supported word processor on your computer when you first start Zotero.'
